Overview
To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a strategic, proactive, and well-organized leader to drive new thinking and deliver truly innovative work. Reporting into the Executive Vice President of Growth, this role will be responsible for leading and supporting the development of pitch.
Responsibilities
- Own all RFI submissions and RFP presentations, including the interpretation of the brief, organizing a team to answer questions, chasing responses, and editing responses
- Lead and support the development of pitch presentations including critiquing and editing the media plan content, brainstorming big ideas, and develop the pitch “story”
- Manage and motivate the pitch team while guiding and enabling pitch coordination including timelines, checkpoints, accountabilities, deliverables, design, and production needs
- Actively participate in presentation rehearsals by preparing presenters and making sure key message points are delivered
- Constantly review new business team’s ways of working to identify innovation opportunities to increase speed and efficiency throughout the network
- Manage, coach, and develop business development and Growth team talent and Associate Director and/or Manager level direct reports
- Establish strong, collaborative connections with client and team members to work seamlessly together
Qualifications
- Successful marketing and/or media experience –10+ years in media, marketing, or consulting fields
- Strong communication skills – Communicate clearly, concisely, adapted for audience, with a focus on soliciting feedback and driving consensus
- Ability to anticipate - Proactive self-starter with ability to understand what is needed and drive against it
- Excellent project management and organizational skills - Work comfortably and effectively in fast shifting, high pressure, and constantly iterating environments and situations
- Build meaningful relationships - Establish productive working relationships, facilitate consensus, empower people, and inject a spirit of inclusiveness
- Highly detail oriented - Double check data and ensure accuracy of output
Bold and inventive – Bring/Create new models, new approaches, new stories, new capabilities- Drive simplification – Ability to simplify complex concepts, constructs, and language

Compensation Range: $119,510 - $188,025 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
