Overview
To oversee strategy, planning, execution, optimization and reporting of key Performance Media channels for the client. To ensure agency Performance Media output is best-in-class by adopting an always-on innovation mindset, partnering closely with key digital media partners and by gaining a deep understanding of your client's business vertical and objectives. To work closely with the Business Director/Lead of your account(s) ultimately ensuring high levels of client satisfaction across your given remit.
You will be the face of Performance Media for your client and will be responsible and accountable for leading the execution team across channels such as SEM and Social. Serving as a key Performance Media stakeholder internally, you will be looked upon as one of a number of champions across your channel disciplines.
Responsibilities
Technical & Product:
- Supervise media briefs and work closely with with Business Directors/Leads to ensure excellence in Performance Media planning.
- Ensure planning and execution excellence across Performance Media channels.
- Formulate account-specific product adoption, account optimization & growth plans.
- Ensure best in class reporting capability, ensuring for the robust client communication of Performance Media results.
Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency:
- Gain a deep understanding of your client's business and vertical at large, understanding their key challenges & objectives and devise a Performance Media strategy that enables competitive advantage for your client.
- Understand the role of Performance Media in your client's media & marketing mix with the objective of heightening the value Performance Media is able to deliver for your client.
- Lead all Performance Media strategy/planning client communications.
- End-to-end ownership and accountability for Performance Media team and output.
- Responsible for the smooth operating of day-to-day workstreams, ensuring Performance Media execution teams are working efficiently and effectively.
- Take ownership for nurturing & growing Performance Media talent.
- Serve as champion for elevating Performance Media knowledge/capabilities across agency organization at large.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years experience in a digital media domain, preferably agency experience.
- Experience in being client facing either in a leading or supporting role.
- Excellent understanding of digital eco-system, with a deep understanding of ad platforms, technology and activation expertise.
- Experience in planning, strategy, managing and activating multichannel campaigns.
- BSc degree (or similar) in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
