Responsibilities
- Be the RFH brand champion that owns design aspects across overall agency branding and visual communications across all platforms: presentations, posters and signage, social media content creation, agency website, infographics/logos, internal communications, etc.
- Follow existing templates and create new ones from scratch, sometimes utilizing brand guidelines from potential new clients (able to uphold client design guidelines as needed)
- Create & execute PowerPoint presentations that challenge the norm
- Build and maintain visual asset library for new business presentations, RFI/RFP responses, internal/external marketing collateral, social activations, and internal communications
- Collaborate with other team members to ideate and bring project ideas to life
- Demonstrate flexibility and ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Work autonomously to produce assignments with speed and accuracy to meet time, budget, and client needs
Qualifications
- You play to win and have been in the game for 3-5 years (not in Healthcare/Pharma? That’s ok!)
- You went to school to bring the visions in your head come to life on paper (or screen!)
- You’ve worked at an advertising agency; design, consumer, healthcare, parity products, oh my!
- You’re a design/concepting/layout pro with typographic skills, to boot
- You know everything about the Adobe Creative Suite & graphic design tools
- Dabble in video editing/production and After Effects? Awesome!
- You can build and drive a PowerPoint deck in your sleep
- You can make the complex simple, you’ve never met a visual puzzle you couldn’t solve
- You’re hungry for knowledge… like a full five-course meal of new information. Order up!

Compensation Range: $66,785 - $92,295 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
