In March 2023, Publicis Media won the Adobe business for Europe, APAC, and Japan. We have established the Adobe.pub team to act as a seamless extension of the Adobe marketing team. Adobe.pub sits within Zenith Media and benefits from the opportunity, infrastructure and culture of one of the best international agencies in Asia.
The APAC team, which has 46 members spread across Australian, Singapore, Korea and India, covers all APAC activity, from establishing strategy to media planning, activating media across digital channels, and reporting on campaign results. We handle both performance and upper funnel activity and are dedicated to creating full-funnel strategies to maximise Adobe's digital engagement.
OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a APAC Analytics Manager
This is an opportunity to work with one of the world's finest global technology firms in a freshly formed team dedicated to delivering the greatest digital marketing in the world. Whilst the successful candidate will be well supported, it is expected that they should be able to ‘hit the ground running’, and for the most part be able to manage their team autonomously.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES…
The Analytics Manager is a key driver of insight and strategic thinking. The primary responsibility of the Manager is to provide analytics-based strategic insights and directions to aid in the development of media & communications initiatives.
Specific responsibilities of the Analytics Manager include coordination between the strategy, analytics & media teams ensuring high quality analytical projects are effectively delivered.
Our objective is to support Adobe in driving deep analytic insights, measurement of media and importantly business KPI’s and managing the APAC region from Sydney. The role focuses on the following core areas:
• Ownership – being the APAC steward for the overall APAC Analytics team, to be the one who brings an
analytical mindset and is always looking for the data to deliver strategic opportunities
• Quality – to translate all Abode requirements across the region into quality analytical value. This will be
measured on managing the inputs, assessment to provide quality insight to the strategic and planning
teams and to the activations team at the pace they need to optimise for success.
KEY OUTPUTS
The candidate will primarily lead the regions analytics to provide insightful strategic decisions, knowledge transfer, training, and leadership;
Maintain & develop relationships:
• Actively contribute to weekly (internal and external) WIP meetings, to raise potential issues across Adobe’s portfolio well in advance of the boiling point’ for an issue
• Developing a close working relationship with Google and other platforms and suppliers
• Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with Adobe
• Drive engagement with global Centre of Excellence (USA)
Product & Communication
• Create a leadership position on Adobe Analytics
• Balance Business KPI assessment and Media Campaign understanding to effect change on KPI to campaign optimization
• Ability to run regression analysis to create strategic insights
• Has an understanding of SQL
• Responding to client website management tasks on AA goal tracking, website audience behaviour related tag and trafficking
• Leveraging Adobe Analytics audiences integration with GMP for driving better media targeting and media ROI
• Performing data analysis on search marketing, web and mobile analytics, digital marketing channel and user journey
• Scope and direct advanced analytics projects to ensure that the deliverables are designed to answer valuable client and media team questions, and that timelines and scope are adhered to
• Determine the best means of communicating analytical insights to clients that ensures understanding of results and application of the analyses is applied
• Build presentations providing the clear analytics story – why the work is important, the truths that the analytics reveal, and the actions that should follow the analyses.
Specific Responsibilities
• Work with Adobe to design and execute analytical plans to improve the effectiveness of communications programs
• Perform ongoing analysis to ensure the timely adjustment/optimisation of campaigns
• Develop and maintain Advanced reporting system
• Emphasis on understanding dashboards and applying MMM findings, statistical testing to media planning
• Work closely with COE, Korea and APAC markets to build a consistent APAC voice

It is the Analytics Manager role & responsibility to:

EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree, Master's degree in quantitative studies preferred. The equivalent of education, training and work experience may be suitable
• 3-6 years of work experience in a quantitative business environment
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Strong experience in Excel
• Experience in ETL and Visualisation solutions
• Understanding of offline and online media will be beneficial
• Attention to detail/ accuracy
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple and shifting priorities
