Overview
- Working as part of a team in Poland to provide a payroll and advisory services for all of the Agencies based in Italy.
- Working in close contact with Italian SSC HR Payroll team, with Agencies Talent team and external payroll provider.
- Prepare & maintain all necessary reports relating to payroll
- Ensure data on The Payroll System is accurate& up-to-date
- Provide cover during absences
- Audit Controls support & related follow up activities
- Supervising of Payrolls produced by external provider
- Dealing with all aspects of a payroll: Starters, Leavers, tax forms, Pension Membership, Private Medical, Bonus Payments, Overtime Payments, Sick Pay, Maternity Pay, Paternity Pay, and any other anomalies.
- Ensure that all payroll amendments are signed off by the relevant Agency signatory.
- Complete and produce payroll reconciliation.
- Produce all the reports required for the Payroll Manager to check and commit the payroll.
- Produce Pay reconciliation for checking and filing with the payroll.
- Year End Submission
- Monthly reconciliation of Masterdata with payrolls
- Pension funds & TFR data
- Dealing of all aspects of employee’s pension funds and TFR assignments
- Ad Hoc Queries
- Answer queries as and when they come in
- Review data for completeness, inconsistencies, enter employee data into payroll system and ensure correctly reflected in the HR system.
- Enter & process termination payments.
- HR Admin
- Maintenance and updating of permanent data for all and new employees for the assigned Agencies.
- Checking all salary changes are approved on HRIS for assigned Agencies.
- Checking approvals for increases and hiring.
- Prepare employee contracts, addendums, certificates of employment, personnel files, certificates for employees.
- Enter data for leaving employees for assigned Agencies.

Qualifications
- At least 1 years HR/payroll experience
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or Human Resources
- Fluent in Italian and English is a must
- Experience in Share Service Centre is desirable
- Experience with Human Resources Informational Systems (SAP preferable) – nice to have
