About
As
Production Manager you’ll lead digital production-focused projects through to execution, implementing effective team approaches and develop technology tactics that improve the process.


Responsibilities

  • Prioritizing and communicating daily/weekly work requests and assigning appropriate resources based on project scopes for dynamic creative, site builds, apps, OLA, business decks, etc.
  • Tracking Digital Studio resources based on availability and skill sets
  • Leading weekly account team status meetings to review projects and participating in daily status meetings with other teams to assess cross-office resource availability (on and offshore)
  • Overseeing the production workflow process, solving for conflicts as they arise
  • Keeping pulse on emerging digital production technologies
  • Supporting internal teams and partners in the delivery of solutions, insights and recommendations
  • Developing direct reports through thoughtful, timely performance reviews and development plans
  • Review the team’s work and provide directions to elevate the quality and ensure deliverables match the original request
  • Committing to evolving the creative practice and bringing in outside inspiration whenever possible
  • Managing your time efficiently to balance with multiple simultaneous projects.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a talented Production Manager who’s also a delight to work with, which usually includes:

  • A bachelor's degree (Advertising, Graphic Design or equivalent preferred) and training in creative software tools such as Adobe CC is a plus.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience supporting digital projects involving current and merging front-end technologies (including online advertising [OLA] and websites), and 1 to 3 years of experience managing technical or creative teams (preferably at a creative/digital agency)
  • Strong understanding of business and technical processes to enable smart technology solutions
  • Experience managing the execution of HTML, email, online advertising, and other creatively driven technology projects
  • Solid understanding of how dynamic creative (e.g. OLA, OLV, CRM, sites) are built
  • Strong collaboration, flexibility and ability operate effectively – even in ambiguous circumstances
  • Ability to accurately assess team/resource availability and match skill sets for projects
  • Skill in breaking down larger efforts into digestible tasks for other team members
