Overview

We're on the lookout for dynamic and motivated talent to join our PubCubs by COOP Internship as Content Management Interns in Jeddah. Join us and gain hands-on experience in managing content by supporting scheduling, tracking performance, and engaging with online communities to bring brands to life. You’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless content execution across platforms while gaining valuable insights into social media operations, competitor monitoring, and performance tracking. This is your chance to develop essential skills in content management, work on real-world campaigns, and contribute to groundbreaking innovations in the industry!

 

The Journey:

  • Duration: 7 months (June 16, 2025 – January 15, 2026)
  • Paid internship

What you need to know:

  • As part of your application, it is mandatory for you to complete an online assessment within 48 hours of your application – please click here to access it.
  • Just a heads up, by applying, you're signing up for the whole program from June 16th until January 15th, 2026. It's going to be an awesome ride, so make sure you're all in!
  • Here's the scoop: you'll need to be in the office at least 3 days a week, so pick a market where are currently based. Unfortunately, we can't hook you up with residency, housing, or transportation, but we've got your back in every other way!
  • Oh, and don't forget your trusty laptop - it's your sidekick for this adventure. We won't be able to provide equipment, but we know you've got that covered!
  • As this will be a paid internship and, if selected, you will be asked to provide supporting documents to finalize your contract.

Responsibilities

How you'll make an impact:

  • Assist in scheduling and publishing content across multiple social media platforms.
  • Help create and maintain content calendars to ensure smooth and timely posting.
  • Monitor and track content performance, compiling insights for reports.
  • Support community management, responding to audience interactions and ensuring brand engagement.
  • Research and analyse competitor social media activity to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining an FAQ sheet for community managers.
  • Flag and escalate consumer complaints or critical issues to the appropriate team.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and strategy.
  • Bring fresh ideas for social content, keeping up with the latest trends and platform updates.

Qualifications

All About You:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or a related field.
  • Passionate about social media, content management, and audience engagement.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
